Project Name: Conformance Toolset

Description: Development of LTE & MRAT Test cases/scripts/features and getting them validated using Anite Tools in GCF and PTCRB forum.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Involved in both development and lab testing activities, follow up with the bugs by raising Incident reports in MKS for network related issues and raising CRs to 3GPP for correction of Test Cases in conformance specs. Development of LTE conformance test scripts to validate UE & N/W functionality as per 3gpp specification. Getting Test cases on different UE's & bands for GCF & PVG verification and validation.

·               Hands on experience in initial registration, call flow procedure of IMS and VoLTE.

·               Good knowledge of Supplementary Voice Services in IMS.

Project Name: Anite SAS Simulator

Description: Enhancement of UMTS Network Simulator for testing Mobile Station stack and also the Telecom operator.

Roles & Responsibilities:

The UMTS network simulator was used to test the protocol stack of the Mobile station as well as for Telecom operators, Provides the facility to develop the test scripts in ‘interactive' mode and in ‘playback' mode on any reference UE. Different scenarios can be created by modifying the configuration parameters of a UTRAN cell like CELL power, CELL State, TCH configuration, speech codecs, timeslots configuration etc. for all the GSM/3G procedures

·               Involved in end to end testing of UMTS, GPRS and GSM scenarios manually and the running the manually created n playback mode using Anite SAS tool.

·               Main features tested : Cell Update, HSDPA, HSUPA, Packet Cell Change Order, Handover.

 

 

 

Client: NEC Japan             Sept 2007 – Dec 2008

Project Name: Authorization, Authentication and Accounting Server for WIMAX network

Description: This project was related to the development of an AAA server which operates in the CSN (Connectivity Service Network) of Wi-MAX networks. AAA stands for “Authentication, Authorization and Accounting”. AAA Server uses RADIUS protocol and Extensible Authentication Protocol (EAP) to provide user authentication, authorization, and accounting services to network devices and software applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

·               Unit testing of decoder and encoder modules of RADIUS packets in AAA server.

·               Quality testing of the product.

·               Integrated testing for AAA server with the help of JRadius Tool.


·               Development of Automated Testing Framework using Perl.
